Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email (E-tickets).
You can print these tickets or present them on your phone or tablet for scanning at the event entrance.
E-tickets will be sent immediately upon completion of your purchase.
2. Processing and Credit Card Fees
Any processing or credit card fees will be calculated and displayed during the purchase process.
If the ‘Fees’ column shows $0, no fees apply to your purchase.
3. Refund and Returns
Refunds and returns adhere to the policy of the Event Organiser and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:
All transactions are final; no refunds are permitted except as required by law.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will be issued to patrons who purchased tickets for the cancelled event.
In the event of postponement, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new event date.
4. Consent
The Organiser and it’s sponsors reserves the right to use any material generated (photographs, film footage, or other media) for promotional purposes related to the Cake Bake & Sweets Show.
If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify a team member.
5. Dietary Intolerances & Allergies
Attendees with dietary intolerances or allergies must check ingredient information prior to purchase and consumption.
The Organisers accept no responsibility for allergen-free status or other ingredient-related issues for food products available at the event. Exhibitors indemnify the Organiser in this regard.
6. Responsible Consumption of Alcohol
The Organisers promote responsible alcohol consumption in compliance with relevant liquor laws regarding underage drinking and public safety.
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18; proof of age identification may be requested.
Individuals deemed intoxicated or behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave, and re-entry will not be permitted.
7. Liability
The Organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen items at the event. Attendees should not leave personal belongings unattended.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees are encouraged to review them periodically.
