Dish 1: Cavatelli dish using semola/water and hand rolled in gnocchi board, tossed through zucchini, garlic, olive oil & pangrattato
Dish 2: Cavatelli dish using semola/milk and hand rolled smooth, tossed in creamy sauce of gorgonzola, mushrooms, spinach and nutmeg
Dish 3: Fusilli shape using semola also – hand rolled using a wooden skewer or thin metal rod, tossed in Tuscan kale pesto
